Jill Sobule (innate January 1961) is an American singer-songwriter best known for her first hit, "I Kissed a Girl" (which concerns lesbianism), and a Clueless soundtrack hit "Supermodel". She was natural within Denver and debuted in 1990, working with Todd Rundgren. Her breakthrough didn't are until 1995, with a release of "I Kissed a Girl". Its watch-higher album, Happy Town, was a critical profits however commercial failure. She so began working by owning Lloyd Cole and signed a fresh contract around 2000 with Beyond, releasing Pink Pearl that year.
